I feel like there should at least be an updated graphics driver by now and it is very frustrating to me. Apparently, the 24.20.100.6286 version was originally released on by Intel, showing a 7 month gap between Intel and Acer release for the same driver version. The current version on my laptop and on the Acer website is 24.20.100.6286 from 8 while the latest Intel version is x.x.x.7463 released on November 14, 2019. Now, I am still experiencing this annoying bug and I still can't update my graphics driver because the Acer website still hasn't released one.
